Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup fresh cranberries
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp orange zest
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or white cheddar
1 tbsp honey (optional, for drizzling)
Crackers or crostini, for serving
Fresh rosemary or mint, for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract.
3. Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, until the cranberries burst and form a thick sauce.
4. Spread the softened cream cheese in a small baking dish.
5. Top evenly with the cranberry mixture and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
6. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
7. Drizzle with honey if desired, and garnish with rosemary or mint.
8. Serve warm with crackers or toasted crostini.
Notes
You can prepare the cranberry topping ahead and refrigerate until ready to bake.
