A delicious and easy recipe for Boursin Chicken, infused with creamy cheese and fresh spinach for a comforting family meal.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz Boursin cheese (any flavor)
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute.
- Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until it wilts, about 2–3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the Boursin cheese until melted and creamy.
- Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and pour the creamy spinach mixture over them.
- Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden brown.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Goes well with rice, mashed potatoes, or a side salad. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
