Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Divide the filling evenly among the tortillas. Top with spinach leaves and diced tomatoes. If you want, sprinkle some parsley on top.
  3. Roll the tortillas tightly. Heat a skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until they are golden brown.
  5. Slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, use rotisserie chicken and feel free to customize with other vegetables or cheese variations.
