- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Divide the filling evenly among the tortillas. Top with spinach leaves and diced tomatoes. If you want, sprinkle some parsley on top.
- Roll the tortillas tightly. Heat a skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until they are golden brown.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
For added flavor, use rotisserie chicken and feel free to customize with other vegetables or cheese variations.
