Ingredients

  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a boil.
  5. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream, soy sauce, and mixed vegetables. Cook until the veggies are tender, about 2-3 minutes.
