Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, steam the cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots until just tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute to create a roux.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk and bring to a simmer, cooking until thickened.
