Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 eggs
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
3. In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs with milk.
4. In another bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs.
5. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly with the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
6. Place chicken on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
7. Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
8. Optional: broil for 2 minutes for extra crispiness.
9. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
