Description

A creamy, tangy Green Olive and Feta Cheese Dip that’s bursting with Mediterranean flavor. Whipped feta, briny green olives, and a drizzle of olive oil make this the ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/2 cup pitted green olives (such as Castelvetrano or Manzanilla)

2 tbsp cream cheese

2 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream

1 tbsp olive oil (plus more for drizzling)

1 garlic clove, minced

1/2 tsp lemon zest

1 tsp lemon juice

Black pepper, to taste

Chopped parsley or dill for garnish

Instructions

1. Add feta, olives, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice to a food processor.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

3. Taste and season with black pepper (and salt, if desired).

4. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil.

5. Garnish with chopped parsley or dill.

6. Serve with pita chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or smoked paprika before serving.

This dip pairs wonderfully with warm naan, crostini, or crudité.

Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
