  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • Fresh fruit for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the angel food cake mix instructions.
  2. Prepare the angel food cake mix as directed on the package and bake in a 9×13 inch pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Stir in the crushed pineapple (with juice), whipped topping, mini marshmallows, and chopped nuts if using.
  5. Once the cake is cool, spread the pineapple-cream mixture evenly over the top.
