Instructions
- Mix honey, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or bake the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side depending on thickness.
- Prepare the mango salsa by combining diced mango, chopped red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño in a bowl.
- Season the salsa with salt and lime juice to taste.
