Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup jalapenos, diced (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Grab a mixing bowl. Combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, diced jalapenos, and the crumbled bacon (if you opt to use it). Add in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until it’s fully combined and creamy.
  2. Take each tortilla and spread a thin layer of the cheesy mixture evenly over the entire surface.
  3. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape, making sure the filling stays inside.
  4. Slice each log into pinwheels about 1-inch thick with a sharp knife.
  5. Arrange the pinwheels on a platter and garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley to make it look extra inviting.
