Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, coating them well, and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
