A quick and delicious weeknight meal featuring tender beef and sweet bell peppers, perfect for the whole family.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced into strips
- 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef sirloin and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, add sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced bell peppers to the skillet and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Return the beef to the skillet and add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine all the ingredients thoroughly and heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions if desired.
Notes
Perfect served with cauliflower rice or steamed broccoli. For a low-carb option, serve in lettuce wraps.
