Description

A quick and delicious Korean Ground Beef Bowl that’s easy to prepare and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Green onions, chopped (optional)
  • Sesame seeds (optional)
  • Vegetables of choice (e.g., bell pepper, broccoli, carrots)

Instructions

  1. In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it is browned.
  2. Drain any excess fat from the pan.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the beef. Cook for about 1 minute until it smells good.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to mix everything together.
  5. Serve the beef mixture over fluffy rice.
  6. Top with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and your choice of vegetables.

Notes

Let the beef cook longer for more caramelization. Experiment with different vegetables and add red pepper flakes for heat.
