- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced

- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Add the diced pineapple to the grill during the last few minutes until caramelized.
- Remove chicken and pineapple from the grill, let chicken rest before slicing.
- Assemble tacos with grilled chicken, pineapple, red onion, and cilantro on each tortilla.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
