- 1 cup cream cheese, softened

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
- In another bowl, whisk together oil, buttermilk, eggs, food coloring, and vanilla.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour half the batter into the prepared bundt pan, then spoon in the cream cheese filling, and top with the remaining batter.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool, then remove from the pan.
- Frost with cream cheese frosting before serving.
Notes
Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for easier mixing. You can add chocolate chips to the batter for added flavor.
