Delicious low-carb wraps filled with savory chicken, creamy cheeses, and aromatic garlic, perfect for family dinners or quick weeknight meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or rotisserie)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large low-carb tortillas or wraps
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 handful baby spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Drizzle in the olive oil.
  2. Warm tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, covered.
  3. In a bowl, mix chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Add spinach if desired.
  4. Divide the mixture among tortillas, rolling them tightly.
  5. Cook wraps seam-side down in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese melts.
  6. Slice and serve hot, optionally garnished with extra parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days, or freeze for 2-3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
