Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup Broccoli or other low-carb vegetables (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken in a baking dish or your Instant Pot.
  5. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or cook in the Instant Pot on high pressure for 10-12 minutes.
  6. If desired, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  7. Serve with steamed broccoli or your choice of low-carb vegetables.

Notes
