- 4 Chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 cup Broccoli or other low-carb vegetables (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with the spice mixture.
- Place the coated chicken in a baking dish or your Instant Pot.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or cook in the Instant Pot on high pressure for 10-12 minutes.
- If desired, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Serve with steamed broccoli or your choice of low-carb vegetables.
