- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 9-12 minutes, then cool them in cold water.
- Peel and slice the eggs in half.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sprinkle paprika on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
