Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 9-12 minutes, then cool them in cold water.
  2. Peel and slice the eggs in half.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sprinkle paprika on top.
