- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil. Toss in the sliced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey or brown sugar, and sesame oil. Pour into the skillet, coating the chicken evenly.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss until well combined and heated through, about 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
