- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 200g noodles (such as egg or rice noodles)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and rice vinegar to create the garlic sauce.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour the garlic sauce over the chicken and stir to coat.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Make sure to slice the chicken thinly for faster cooking. You can adjust sweetness with honey and add red pepper flakes for extra heat.
