Description

Soft and chewy cookies with the sweet taste of strawberries and creamy goodness of a milkshake.


Ingredients

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, and corn starch. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  4. Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop the dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
