Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped green olives (with pimentos)
1/2 cup chopped black olives
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Crackers, pita chips, or veggies for serving
Instructions
1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
2. Beat with a hand mixer or whisk until smooth and creamy.
3. Stir in chopped green and black olives, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, and pepper.
4. Mix until evenly combined.
5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes to let flavors blend.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
7. Serve with crackers, pita chips, or sliced vegetables.
Notes
