Valentine’s Day Sugar Cookie Fudge

Description

A delightful treat that combines the sweetness of sugar cookies with the creaminess of fudge, perfect for sharing on Valentine’s Day.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar cookie mix
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (divided)
  • 34 ounces almond bark or white chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized double boiler saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  2. Heat on medium heat and stir continuously until the mixture is melted and smooth.
  3. Continue stirring for 2-3 minutes to ensure well combined.
  4. Remove from heat and add the vanilla and half of the holiday sprinkles. Mix well.
  5. Line a 9×9” baking dish with parchment paper and spray it well.
  6. Transfer the fudge to the baking dish and smooth it out evenly.
  7. Press the remaining sprinkles into the top of the fudge and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  8. Once hardened, lift it out of the baking dish using the parchment paper.
  9. Cut it into pieces on a hard surface.
  10. Melt the almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments until smooth.
  11. Transfer the almond bark to a zippered bag, cut the tip off, and drizzle it over the fudge.
  12. Let cool completely and enjoy.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
