- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, bringing it to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the sauce. Mix everything well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Serve with steamed broccoli or zucchini noodles for a complete meal.
