- 1 package pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 20 pepperoni slices
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut into 3-inch squares.
- Place a small spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each square.
- Add a few pepperoni slices and a piece of mozzarella cheese on top.
- Fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Cook in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
For best results, don’t overfill the rolls and ensure they are sealed tightly to prevent leaking.
