Ingredients
- Pita bread
- Ground meat (beef, lamb, or chicken)
- Onion, finely chopped
- Garlic, minced
- Parsley, chopped
- Cumin
- Paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Mix your ground meat with the chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cut each pita bread in half and gently open each pocket.
- Stuff each pita half with the meat mixture.
- Brush the outside of each stuffed pita with olive oil.
- Place your stuffed pitas on the grill or in the oven.
- Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
