Description

Deliciously seasoned meat stuffed in crispy, warm pitas, perfect for gatherings or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • Pita bread
  • Ground meat (beef, lamb, or chicken)
  • Onion, finely chopped
  • Garlic, minced
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Cumin
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix your ground meat with the chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut each pita bread in half and gently open each pocket.
  4. Stuff each pita half with the meat mixture.
  5. Brush the outside of each stuffed pita with olive oil.
  6. Place your stuffed pitas on the grill or in the oven.
  7. Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with a fresh side salad or crispy fries. A dollop of garlic sauce enhances the flavors.
