Description

A delicious and hearty vegetarian lasagna packed with layers of cheese, spinach, and marinara sauce.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups spinach, chopped
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. Mix ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Layer 3 lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
  6. Add half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
  7. Pour one cup of marinara sauce over the ricotta layer.
  8. Sprinkle one cup of mozzarella cheese on top.
