Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the steamed and chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, large egg, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray them lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a side of marinara or ranch for dipping. They can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for about 3 months.
