Description

Delightful bites of broccoli and cheese that are perfect for snacks or appetizers, loved by kids and adults alike.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the steamed and chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, large egg, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray them lightly with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with a side of marinara or ranch for dipping. They can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for about 3 months.
