  • 1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 12 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
  3. Coat the salmon fillets with this marinade and season with black pepper and salt.
  4. Place the marinated salmon in a skillet or baking dish and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.
