Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Pink icing
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fill the donut pan about halfway with batter.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan.
  8. Decorate with pink icing and sprinkles.
