- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the banana, pineapple, spinach (if you’re using it), almond milk or yogurt, and honey or agave syrup.
- Blend until smooth.
- If you’d like a colder drink, toss in some ice cubes and blend again until creamy.
