- 1 box of vanilla cupcake mix
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup of whipped topping
- 1 cup of crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake tin with cupcake liners to prepare for baking.
- In a large mixing bowl, prepare the vanilla cupcake mix according to the package instructions. Make it extra special by adding in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
- Fill the cupcake liners with the batter, ensuring they are about two-thirds full. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Once done, allow the cupcakes to cool completely on a wire rack.
- In another bowl, mix the milk with the instant vanilla pudding mix until it thickens up nicely.
- Cut out a small portion from the center of each cupcake to create a pocket for the pudding mix.
- Now, fill each cupcake with the delicious pudding mixture you just prepared.
- To finish off, top each cupcake with whipped topping and sprinkle the crushed vanilla wafers on top for that lovely crunch.
