- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp chili powder

- Add the ground beef and brown, breaking it into small pieces, for about 7-10 minutes.
- Stir in tomato paste, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, then let the mixture cool.
- Roll out the pastry sheets and cut them into circles, roughly 5-6 inches in diameter.

- Brush the tops with beaten egg for that perfect golden finish.
- Bake on a lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until they’re golden brown.
