4 ripe pears, halved and cored

4 oz goat cheese

3 tbsp honey

Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Arrange pear halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
