- 1 banana (mashed)

- 1 banana (sliced for topping)
- ½ cup fresh blueberries (for topping)
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
- 3 Tbsp almond butter
Instructions
- Combine the oats, almond milk, mashed banana, frozen blueberries, and ground flaxseeds in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer.
- Let it simmer for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent the oats from sticking or burning.
- Take the pan off the heat and stir in the maple syrup, pure vanilla extract, and almond extract for added sweetness.
- Divide the oatmeal into bowls and top with banana slices, fresh blueberries, coconut yogurt, and a dollop of almond butter. Enjoy!
Notes
