Description

Delicious and crispy Broccoli Cheese Patties that make eating vegetables fun and flavorful.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are combined nicely.
  3. Shape the mixture into small patties, about the size of your palm.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  6. Place cooked patties on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with sour cream, yogurt dip, or a side of roasted vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
