Delicious and crispy Broccoli Cheese Patties that make eating vegetables fun and flavorful.
Ingredients

- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined nicely.
- Shape the mixture into small patties, about the size of your palm.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Place cooked patties on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Serve with sour cream, yogurt dip, or a side of roasted vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
