- 1 box of brownie mix
- 2 eggs (for brownie mix)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (for brownie mix)
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg (for cheesecake layer)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch pan.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to the package directions, using the two eggs and vegetable oil. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan.
- Beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, one egg, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer in the pan.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter on top of the cheesecake layer.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool completely before slicing and serving.
Notes
For serving, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
