Description

Hearty and flavorful Buffalo Chicken Sliders made with shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and gooey cheese, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • Butter (for brushing)
  • Optional toppings: green onions, pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and ranch or blue cheese dressing until fully coated.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chicken.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

These sliders pair well with crispy carrot and celery sticks. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
