Hearty and flavorful Buffalo Chicken Sliders made with shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and gooey cheese, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- Butter (for brushing)
- Optional toppings: green onions, pickles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and ranch or blue cheese dressing until fully coated.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chicken.
- Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
These sliders pair well with crispy carrot and celery sticks. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
