  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray or oil for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the breadcrumbs, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir until well combined.
  3. Dip each chicken piece into the beaten eggs until well-coated.
