- 2 eggs, beaten
- Cooking spray or oil for baking
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the breadcrumbs, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Dip each chicken piece into the beaten eggs until well-coated.
- Roll the chicken pieces in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Place the coated nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray the nuggets with cooking spray or drizzle with oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and cooked through.
