Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toppings of your choice (e.g., marinara sauce, vegetables, more cheese)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well incorporated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chicken mixture into a pizza shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and add your desired toppings. Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
