Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., marinara sauce, vegetables, more cheese)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chicken mixture into a pizza shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven and add your desired toppings. Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
