- 2 heaping cups BBQ flavored potato chips, finely crushed
- 2 teaspoons avocado oil or olive oil
Instructions
- Start by cutting the chicken breast into small, even, bite-sized pieces. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Crush the BBQ potato chips using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and whacking them with a rolling pin. Pour the crumbs into a shallow bowl.
- Drizzle the chicken pieces with avocado oil and toss to coat.
- Press each chicken piece into the crushed potato chips to ensure they are well coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the coated nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
