  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the Marinade: In a medium bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Add the chicken to the marinade, ensuring it is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Grill: Fire up your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the Chicken: Place the marinated chicken on the grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  5. Let it Rest: After grilling, let the chicken rest for a few minutes.
  6. Warm the Tortillas: While the chicken rests, warm the corn tortillas on the grill.
  7. Assemble the Tacos: Slice the chicken into strips and place them in the warm tortillas. Top with diced onion and chopped cilantro.
