- 8 Corn tortillas
- 1 Onion, diced

- 2 Limes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced

- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Mix the Marinade: In a medium bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Marinate the Chicken: Add the chicken to the marinade, ensuring it is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the Grill: Fire up your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the Chicken: Place the marinated chicken on the grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Let it Rest: After grilling, let the chicken rest for a few minutes.
- Warm the Tortillas: While the chicken rests, warm the corn tortillas on the grill.
- Assemble the Tacos: Slice the chicken into strips and place them in the warm tortillas. Top with diced onion and chopped cilantro.
- Finish with Lime: Squeeze lime juice over the top, serve, and enjoy!
