Delicious and easy-to-make Chocolate Berry Cups, perfect for summer gatherings and special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Chocolate (dark or milk)
  • 1 cup Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 Silicone ice cube tray

Instructions

  1. Start by melting the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds to avoid burning, or use a double boiler.
  2. Once the chocolate is smooth, pour it into the silicone ice cube tray to create cups.
  3. Press your chosen berries into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are well-covered.
  4. Set the tray in the fridge and chill for about 60 minutes to allow the chocolate to solidify.
  5. After an hour, pop the cups out of the tray and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze for 1-2 months.
