- 1 box of strawberry cake mix
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until well mixed.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure to space them apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet.
- Melt the remaining chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler until smooth.
- Dip half of each cookie into the melted chocolate and let the excess drip off.
- Place the cookies on a wire rack to let the chocolate set.
