Ingredients

  • 200g Oreo cookies
  • 100g melted butter
  • 400g cream cheese
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 200g heavy cream
  • 100g chopped extra Oreo cookies
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix them with the melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Beat the cream cheese with sugar until creamy and smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Fold in the heavy cream and vanilla extract.
  7. Fold the chopped Oreo cookies into the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Pour the mixture over the baked crust and bake for 50 minutes.
  9. Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
