- 400g cream cheese

- 2 large eggs
- 200g heavy cream
- 100g chopped extra Oreo cookies

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix them with the melted butter.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese with sugar until creamy and smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the heavy cream and vanilla extract.
- Fold the chopped Oreo cookies into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the mixture over the baked crust and bake for 50 minutes.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
