Ingredients

- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup spinach or kale (optional)
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the avocado, frozen raspberries, spinach or kale (if using), almond milk, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If you prefer a colder smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again.
- Taste your creation and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, use ripe avocados and frozen fruits. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 day, or freeze for up to 3 months.
