A delicious and nutritious smoothie combining creamy avocado with tangy raspberries and rich cocoa, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup spinach or kale (optional)
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the avocado, frozen raspberries, spinach or kale (if using), almond milk, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If you prefer a colder smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again.
  4. Taste your creation and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use ripe avocados and frozen fruits. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 day, or freeze for up to 3 months.
