Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your doughnut pan.
  2. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix the buttermilk, egg, and melted butter in another bowl until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and combine until just mixed.
  5. Fill the doughnut pan with the batter, making sure not to overfill.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
