Instructions

- Heat the skillet: On medium heat, add butter or oil to coat the bottom of the skillet.
- Soak the bread: Dunk each slice of cinnamon swirl bread in the custard mixture, coating both sides.
- Cook the French toast: Place the soaked bread in the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Make the glaze: In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons milk, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth.
- Serve: Remove the French toast from the skillet, drizzle with glaze, and enjoy while warm.
