A warm Thai potsticker soup that combines a delightful broth with savory potstickers for the perfect cozy meal.


Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Potstickers (homemade or frozen)
  • 4 cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger (minced)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add a splash of oil if desired to prevent sticking and enhance flavor.
  2. Sauté the minced ginger and garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring it to a gentle boil.
  4. Add the potstickers and cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Reduce the heat to low, then stir in the coconut milk, soy sauce, and lime juice.
  6. Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with cilantro and green onions.
