- 12 pieces Potstickers (homemade or frozen)
- 4 cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger (minced)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 can Coconut Milk
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/4 cup Cilantro (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Green Onions (sliced)
Instructions
- Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add a splash of oil if desired to prevent sticking and enhance flavor.
- Sauté the minced ginger and garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring it to a gentle boil.
- Add the potstickers and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to low, then stir in the coconut milk, soy sauce, and lime juice.
- Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with cilantro and green onions.
Notes
