Description

A delightful cheesecake combining creamy cheesecake and crunchy Oreo cookies, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups crushed Oreo cookies
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix the crushed Oreo cookies with the melted butter and press it firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Prepare the filling by beating the cream cheese until smooth, then gradually adding the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  4. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  5. Combine the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  6. Add in the remaining crushed Oreo cookies for texture.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  8. Bake the cheesecake for about 50-60 minutes until the edges are firm and the center has a slight jiggle.
  9. Cool the cheesecake at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Garnish with extra crushed Oreo cookies before serving.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream or chocolate sauce for extra flair. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5-7 days.
